referDot Pro subscriptions
Pro plans (Starter, Business, Enterprise) are billed through Stripe on the interval you choose (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, unless a promotion states otherwise.
Cancel online: from your workspace Billing page or the Stripe Customer Portal — the same online path used to subscribe. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. We typically do not issue partial refunds for unused days after a mid-period cancel, except where required by law or Stripe’s dispute process.
Plan upgrades, downgrades, trials, and donations are described in the Terms of Service (Pro subscriptions section).
Donations
Optional one-time donations via the footer are voluntary gifts processed by Stripe. They are not subscriptions and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or Stripe’s process.
