1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using referDot, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use license
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on referDot's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
3. Promo code submission
Users may submit promo codes. You are responsible for ensuring that any codes you submit are valid and not fraudulent. referDot reserves the right to remove any codes that are found to be invalid or fraudulent.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Dirtydegree and group companies
referDot is provided in connection with Dirtydegree, which operates our main (mother) platform company. You acknowledge that account information and other personal data collected on referDot may be shared with Dirtydegree and related group companies and used as described in our Privacy Policy to run, secure, and improve our services across the group.
6. Disclaimer
The materials on referDot's website are provided on an "as is" basis. referDot makes no warranties, expressed or implied.
7. Limitations
In no event shall referDot or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on referDot's website.
8. Revisions
referDot may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
9. SMS text messaging program (referDot SMS Notifications)
Program name: referDot SMS Notifications. Description: We send SMS for account verification and security, service and support updates, and — for referDot Pro business customers — referral-program messages that a participating business sends to its own clients who have opted in. We do not send unsolicited marketing texts.
Message frequency: Varies by account activity; typically fewer than 10 messages per month per recipient. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel SMS from a referDot sender number. Reply HELP for help. After STOP, you will receive one confirmation message; no further SMS will be sent unless you opt in again.

Consent: You agree to receive SMS only when you provide prior express consent — for example by checking an SMS consent box during registration or when a referDot Pro business records your consent before sending referral or follow-up texts. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle phone numbers.
